
Partly set in Dante’s Inferno, partly in the Egyptian Underworld of Duat, Jed has been working on Imps! since 2003. It has renewed impetus from 3D printing and CGI assistance for what was originally to be a traditional stop-motion process.
This short test is under a minute but gives a flavour of what the final animation might look like – this was submitted for a Blu-Tack competition on the theme of ‘Clean & Safe’ – under my desk was neither:






I have 3D-printed and painted puppets and environment pieces such as the Egyptian columns.
This is a walk-around test done in Unity to test sound triggered by proximity.
Use W, A, S and D keys to move, and mouse or trackpad to look around. Sound does not autoplay in Safari so best viewed in Chrome/Edge/Firefox.
